Suddenly outgoing faxes go to OUTBOX instead of sending. Fax WIZARD works normally. Fax monitor does not pop up when trying to send fax.. Fax monitor does pop up and connect with telephone line when enabled by selecting RECEIVE FAX in the Console menu. So the problem is not a bad telephone line connection.
Have done a system restore, uninstalled ZoneAlarm, to no effect. Checked Fax Tools, Printer status reads ONLINE.
Using Windows XP sp3, Windows Firewall, Avast antivirus.
Need a solution badly.
