Michael Jackson - Billie Jean

Reminds me of all the gay ass kids who dressed like him in school, I still laugh at them, and they thought they were so cool, also reminds me that crotch grabbing was a fad for a while.

Johnny Rivers - Memphis

How can you not like this song ?? If you think about it, he kinda sounds like a PEDO in the song "Marie is only 6 years old ??"". Other then that, I love it, a true classic.

Backstreet Boys - Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely

Makes me wish I would have joined a boy band and sung pussy songs to get pussy.

Prince - Raspberry Beret

Reminds me of that stupid dance fad he unsuccessfully tried to get started in the video.

INXS - Suicide Blonde

FUCKING COOLEST SONG EVER !!

I can't tell you how much I admired Michael Hutchence as an artist.

I was actually pretty damn saddened to hear of his death, I actually like ALL INXS' tunes and I wish the group luck with the new vocalist, even though Michael's essense can never be replaced, INXS did have some of the most kick ass riffs EVER !! This song for instance. I suggest listening to on a high quality stereo or PC system and in it's purest highest bitrate. The bass track itself is fucking addicting.

Well I've ranted enough for now, and I have thousands more to go...

Next...

Edit: I forgot an important one !!

Vengaboys - We Like To Party

If you don't know by now what this reminds me of, then CLICK HERE !!

I always loved INXS and their music...until I read about how the lead singer (can't remember his name) 'accidently' hung himself in a hotel. For some reason this has put a damper on things for me. I still listen but I try to disassociate the songs from the band.
I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom.

My (step) Dad. When I was younger, since there was six of us total, when we went on vacation, we drove. I was the only one who would stay up all night with my Dad to help him stay awake. We'd put on ZZ Top and drive reeeeally fast and sing loud and abnoxious and get all giggly from lack of sleep. Some of my favorite memories of my childhood.

Poison-Every Rose Has Its Thorn

My friend Agatha. We had countless nights of drinking whiskey and singing karaoke to Poison, Flock of Seagulls, and anything else 80s

Dropkick Murphys-Do or Die

Getting my very first concussion the first time I saw the DKM. Agatha and Sherry got thrown out of the bar for going onstage, around the 'fence' that seperated them and me (I was still underage) and handing me a Guinness.

Anything Fiona Apple

My friend Amanda. We would sit up all night depressing ourselves with Fiona Apple and bitching about all the evils of teenage angst.

If there's one song that will always stick in my head:

Vitamin C-- Graduation:

My first best friend was a boy. Needless to say, childhood sweetheart. We used to sit on this hill at school, and sing that song all the time.

Una Noche-- Backstreet Boys??

I always hated pop songs, so I always heard of them from someone else. (Applies to learning the first song, too). This song sticks in my head because my past boy friend sung that when we were trying to ignore that something was terribly wrong. Yeah...

The Rose-- Bette Midler

A song my music teacher asked me to solo on for a concert. At the concert when he introduced me, he gave this... preface where he addressed the audience and told them I was the best soloist he had ever worked with, and that I had was the sum of all of the women in my famliy (they all had worked with him), etc. I was so embarassed and pleased.

The Blood of Cu Chulainn- Boondock Saints

Instrumental song that I got from my sister's ex-boyfriend. It was my favorite when I was a kid, and I still love it. It pretty much was the soundtrack for a lot of what I wrote in my book, at that age. I will always remember that "era" in my life by that song. Bagpipes, violins...

I don't have half as many memories as you guys do, but there's a small addition to the pile.

Invictus maneo. O imitarores, servum pecus!

You make me wish I could lose half of my brains just so I can say I appreciated what you just said.
