You'll find member controls up the top of every page, including the log-in and log-out links.
I'm not sure how this page loads on your computer, but I'll assume it's quite an old one considering the keyboard trouble.
It may pay to upgrade to the newest Internet explorer if you still can't log in.

It'll pay even more to ditch IE & go FF.
Other than that, welcome & please do not post like that, it get's very annoying & confusing to members who do not speak English as a primary language.
