Hey everyone, I'm Shannon and I'm English.

I'm 14 years old but that doesn't mean I don't love LP as much as anyone else, they were the first real band I got into, quite a few {I'm not sure} years ago. My first song was In The End, but my favourites are Place For My Head, Numb, Hit The Floor and Hands Held High.

My other favourite bands are My Chemical Romance, Mindless Self Indulgence and Evanescence but overall my musical tastes differ.

You didn't ask for my life story so I'll stop now. :D

Oh my ***. That sounds exactly like me! I got into LP at 14, I'm English and the first song I heard was In The End! High fives! :D

****! Ah well, a Brit is a bit hehehe.

Yeah it's pretty much the same here down South. Except most chavs in Stevenage are all mouth lol.

True, they suck, even worse when I talk to people from other places and they don't have a clue what chav means!! Let's hope they die out soon... :mad:

Haha we can only hope. I'm glad I have a car now though, any chav that starts mouthing off to Dower gets hit by Dower's car, huzzah!

The thing is that "chav" is a British slang...kinda..

so a lot of people out of other countries don't know what it means.

We would say things like "poser" or "wannabe gangsters"

I guess you're right, in America they have preps don't they? The difference is I believe preps have heard of showers. :rolleyes:

I guess so...

but preps are more like the elite kinda highschool/college people that play in the football team or cheerlead.

And they wear Abercrombie, Hollister and stuff like that..always chasing new trends
