No,she left Machine Shop,so he's wondering what she's signed to nowTonz;487530']im thinking she belongs to the machine shop record, which is sort of just an arm of the warner brothers i spose, like decaydance is a branch of fueled by ramen which in turn is a branch to Universal. but essentially theyre not REALLY all under the same thing, cause certain people own the smaller branches but in turn are under contract to larger companies like WB and universal etc
i hope that wasnt as confusing as i just thought it was ahaha
Yeah I agree, she is a wonderful singer.I hope she gets signed elsewhere.. Her voice is incredible.
I don't have a clue... :no:Anyone know for sure the reason she left?
Id say so too.I think it was musical interest was reason...
Man, You peoples in the US are so lucky. You are right amidst the stars LOLGreat show... here we go...
She said she is indeed off of Machine Shop now, that she did want to leave, she was not forced to, they just had their differences and went seperate ways. She wouldent go into much more detail though (for legal reasons.) She also said that the next album will be independent. It MIGHT be produced Duncan Sheik (The guy she is currently on tour with.) I am not sure when the new CD will be out, just that she had some interesting tracks she was working on.
She hasnt heard the new LP album and said that she dosent really keep in touch with them too much anymore, they dont really return her emails ect. ect. (Im not sure if she meant about the members directly or just the label.)
She apparently likes ice cream. Had a bunch before the show, which actually screwed her up on one track. The track she screwed up on was a new one. I believe it is called either "Shes not Good for You" or "She Isnt Good for You." Then for some reason there was free ice cream after the show so we had some sherbert while we talked.
She had some interesting things to say about what she likes to do after shows, pretty funny, but I wont say here.
She played with Duncan Sheik on a few tracks, some singing backup, some singing a verse or two, one singing the whole thing.
She recognised me from the last time I saw her, she didnt know my name or anything, but rememberd me none the less. We talked for a good 10-15 minutes until she felt guilty about not helping pack up her stuff. All in all, great performance, really fun night.
Woot!
