We aim to please!! And for what it's worth, I ride Hondas and HC stage 2 is the choice for me.

$250 for a stage 2 hotcam would be way to much foretrax, where did you see one selling for that price? Immortal has a good competitive price.

Junk, I've got an HRC cam for the gen 1 if you're interested. Are you looking for a gen 1 cam or what year?

Its for the 05.

You know how you were giving me **** for checking the valves before each race? I'm sure it wouldn't have made the whole race this weekend.

Let me check the lift on the gen 1 HRC's and I will let you know. What kind of money?

I'll take a look at it tonight after work and send you a photo. It was in my wheeler before i dropped the stage 2 in. I f'd up and bought a stage 2, didn't end up needing it, so i installed it anyway and have the HRC leftover.

what happened were you valves way out of spec when you went to check them? i have only checked and didn't need to shim my valves during the cam install over a year ago, and around 100 hours ago.

Right intake was .004 and left was .003. Pulled the cam tower off and shimmed it. I put the shims in the pockets on the retainers and grabbed the cups to put them on top and thats when I noticed the top of the bucket was trashed. Started looking at the cam and it had taken .007 off the lobe. I had a stage 1 cam there from a spare motor and another used bucket I put in it to get through the race this weekend. I had no reason to pull it apart either, it was starting just fine just wanted to check it out.

damm, good catch! I figure i won't get into mine until it's piston time. The head is going to get built anyway so i won't be checking my valves at all this season unless it starts acting funny.
