How can fix a allowed action?

MSE showed very frequently the threats named Hacktool:Win32/Keygen and i removed it everytime, but I allowed Hacktool:Win32/Keygen once by mistake when i taken action against this virus.Now it shows this virus is allowed in my PC. I want to remove it how can i fix this problem?
