How do I change the "Action taken" in my history after a scan?

How do I change the "Action taken" in my history after a scan? I have a "Severe" alert level and it says that I've "Allowed" it. I don't want to "allow" it! I don't have a notice that allows me to "Clean" my computer of this threat.
