How do I download Microsoft Security Essentials onto a disk, so I can load onto an infected computer

The virus is "Best Antivirus Software." My computer only run internal apps, can nio longer access internet. Hoping I can download MSE onto disk, load into infected laptop, and pray. Suggestions? View this thread
