A user on a W7-64 workstation with a Remote Desktop or Standard User on an SBS 2003 domain finds the option to "Use Printer Offline" disabled (grayed out). For an admin it's enabled. How do I change the security settings to allow all Remote Desktop Users to have access to this feature? I'm guessing it's a security setting someplace in the Group Policy but I can't find it. Maybe diguised as a permission like "Allow user to change printer settigs" or something like that? And woudl it be controlled on the domain or the local machine?
