how do I get Microsoft Security Essentials on my 2nd accout on my computer???

I would like to know how do I get Microsoft Security Essentials to come up & be on my other account on my computer because I have 2 accounts I have mine witch is the main one then I have another one for others to use & I would like to know how I get Microsoft Security Essentials on that account to put in on there and so I can put it on my desktop and run it??? So could someone please tell me how to get it on this 2nd account I had it and I deleted that account and started again & I have forgot how to get it on this 2nd account??? & If someone could please help me that would be greatly appreciated & I thank whoever answers my question & helps me...Thanks Soo Much!!!!
