How do I get PC Cleaner Pro off my machine?

I used all the Windows 7 resources etc. and have not been able to get PCCleaner Pro off my PC. I know its malware but nothing I could find could remove it.

My PC is getting worse and worse in every way. I can turn my Windows Defender back on. I suspect it was PCCleaner Pro that has it blocked.
