How do I remove a threat that was allowed even though I didn't allow it

I have a threat showing up in the "all detected items" view: Rogue:Win32/Winwebsec. Under the column "Action taken" it says Allowed. I don't remember ever allowing anything. How do I remove this threat? When I click on the radio button for showing "Allowed items only" that threat doesn't show up. Is there a way to remove it?
