I was on the Warehouse clothing website when a survey popped up, I completed a questionnaire and since then I have been inundated with unwanted pop-ups asking me to complete surveys.
I realise now that the original pop up was a virus, so I researched options for security and discovered that Microsoft offer a free anti-virus software for genuine microsoft customers. It located the virus through a full scan and once complete it had found and removed the virus, however it has since returned.
I only got my laptop for Christmas and it's proving to make my experience almost unbearable.
Does anyone know why this virus came back and have any idea of how I can remove this virus for good?
Thank you.
