I know how to check the box and click allow, but it says it can not perform this task. I was transferring files from one computer to another through my home network. I noticed that the network drive is not in the list of possible exclusion locations. Is this why it can not restore the file? If so why did it REMOVE IT from the network drive? All it had to do to keep this computer clean was to block the transfer; it didn’t have to remove it at the source. Just when I thought I could stop using Norton for my security. Norton was a pain until you got your exclusion locations setup, but at least Norton ALWAYS restored a file when I told it to. Continue reading...
