Hi
My laptop is running Windows 7 professional. I have constant high cpu usage (100%) and it is very slow to log on etc.
I have anti virus software and on complete scan no problems detected
On trouble shooting I discovered that on "start up" my laptop is automatically running programs - how do I identify the programs that are needed to run on start up?
I hope someone out there can help
