Hi all
I'm trying to install Windows 7N Pro 64bit on to CD less POS machines that have Intel C200 chipset an Intel 455 Atom dualcore CPU and an SSD drive.
I'm apble to get install to work using BIOS setting of IDE compatable but it seems no way to get install going using AHCI setting.
I setup the tech machine and went through all steps of the EDT kit and added chipset and network drivers to all Wim files found under the distribution file structure, still nothing happens other than the win PE works fine see's both network and disk. When I select option 10 from the menu (after settingup harddrive partitions) Windows install starts and is normal until install GUI can't find harddrive and fails.
This same procedure works fine in IDE mode, I'm at total loss here were I'd like to use the full performance of the SATA/SSD but so far no resonable measures seem to work, ad appriciate all ideas how to get out of this loop (spent approx. 1 week reading and experementing).
