how to make polls?

Although I mark the option "make a poll" or something, and write a list of variables, there's no way to make a poll, please somebody help

When you go to the top of the thread you created...then there's the field called "Thread Tools"

if you click on it you'll see the field "Add A Poll To This Thread"

just click on that
