How to remove Win.32/WinMaximizer from computer permantly? It keeps coming back on

I run Microsoft Security Essentials, after the run, I restart the computer as directed. In a few minutes, I get the message that I need to run Microsoft Security Essentials again as the virus has been detected. I also ran the microsoft virus fix-it. The virus was detected, I restarted the computer and the 32/WinMaximizer still comes back on. I need to permantly remove the virus.
