how to set up and mass deploy office 2010 pro plus over business network domain?

Can somebody help me? We just purchased 40 volume licenses of office 2010 pro plus and I would like to be able to deploy installs/upgrades over the network without going to each computer since our facility is more of a campus instead of just one building.
