Hello,
one of our users is on Linux and we use Outlook 2010 in our company. He receives all e-mails in html format, which is cumbersome and adds html tags all over his screen.
On the Exchange server, there is no restriction as to the e-mails format: the format is determined by the users' setting.
Does anyone know if it is possible to permanently change the e-mail format but at the client level. The objective is for this user to always receive his e-mails in plain text?
Thank you very much in advance for your help on this!
