Yes, selling unofficial copies of items is not allowed. That is file sharing which is very much illegal in the country that LPF is hosted. We don't want a $200,000 lawsuit. Please wait for official guidelines before posting anymore items.

Actually, a sealed copy of the original goes for closer to $800, open would be just under half that at the moment.

You can buy a lot of the LP cds for really cheap now actually! So I may just go buy another copy of Live In Texas or Hybrid Theory just to keep in good condition and never play it. My versions now are kinda wrecked suffice to say heh. LIT was only £6.99, Hybrid Theory is £5.99 and Reanimation is £4.99. Amazing prices =) They are good that even I can afford to buy them again lol. I would never buy or trade a burnt copy lol.

Money... A bit. LOL Never really tallied up a price list for it all, but I'd say I've conservatively got about $2000 worth of items. I've gotten some good deals on some of the items, particularly lately. Picked up the skateboard last month for a fraction of the price it normally goes for.

Time? Well... I only got truly serious about collecting in November of last year, so I've gotten most items in the last 10 months or so. Doesn't take too much time, just patience and dedication. And maybe a little insanity.

As fo my collection... Well, I've seen some other collections more impressive than mine. Personally, I'm quite happy with the progress I've made and briefly flirted with the idea of 'retiring' from collecting after I got the HTEP original and Hybrid Theory sticker this week. We'll see... I have to let other collectors get a shot at itms before I bid/buy anymore.

I started my collection by buying about 4 "Fake" CD's on Ebay. But hey atleast it helped. I was too dumb enough back then to know the difference.

But anyway if you want to sell Illegal stuff just do it on Ebay. Who would want to buy a burned official LP CD anyway? You mine as well go out and buy the official and give Linkin Park some money. But just my idea. lol
