hyperlinks not working

Hi there!

must have done some weird setting somewhere, and now NONE of my hyperlinks

in Office or Outlook are working any more.

I got a message : This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in

effect on this computer. Contact your system administrator.

probably only a matter of checking or un-checking a box some where, but

where??

Fresh install of vista business x64 w/ office 2007 and I have the same

problem. I have verified that the enable automatic hyperlinks is enabled.

Help please!
