Getting this error code now after Windows INSISTED I must install the latest download manager service. Also MSE will no longer check for updates as it reports an internet connection issue! There is no issue with the connection. Is it any wonder people go over to Mac computers when these problems with windows persistently arise! I cannot find a resolution to this problem,and I will never buy a Windows OS again.
