I can't get Microsoft Visual C++2005 and Microsoft Visual C++2008 to download to my computer....

I have had these two programs on my list of programs to download for almost two weeks. But everytime I have tried to download them, I have gotten and error message of 64C. What can I do to correct this? I have problems almost everytime I try to download something Microsoft sends to my computer.
