Original Title: essential will not reinstall
I am having trouble getting Essential to reinstall. I had problems running it so I read info on this site that stated to uninstall and reinstall. When I clicked to uninstall it asked if I wanted to repair it first and I clicked yes. This did not work so then I uninstalled it to reinstall and now I get an error message:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that tis unavailable. Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'msse.msi' in the box below.
I do not find that installation package in the box???
