I scanned my computer and found the trojan then i proceeded to remove it. After about 3/4 of the progress bar was filled, it stopped and said it had encountered a problem.
It won't let me retry.
I have scanned again and get the same results
The first error was that there wasn't enough space on the disk: attempted remove
Second was that the file exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved: attempted quarantine even though i clicked remove.
Now what?
