Someone is on my NEW computer. I have a "Q" drive, open intranet, peer to peer connection, 3 wireless connections, can't disable bluetooth, can't disable the webcam, there are manifest replacements, lots of HTML and text docs in CODE, computer will NOT shut down and I can't get access to services, etc. Who can I report this to so the person I know who is doing this gets arrested? He has done it to several family members computers and is hacking into my father's business server as well. he has all user names, e-mails, and passwords, too!
