I have been trying to run a full scan using MSE and it has stalled at one file and will not go...

Has a message at the bottom that a preliminary scan shows that I may have malicious or potentially unwanted software and that I could review and delete at the end of the scan, but the scan will not complete. It is stuck at C\Users\Donna\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content\IES\ZVNZH37C. It has run for 8 hours and has scanned 1,115,479 items. It has been scanning temporary internet files for hours, but I deleted them and they are not showing all those files when I view them. I am not computer savvy at all, so any help would be appreciated. When submitting this request it asked beta or non beta, I don't know, but had to mark one in order to go on.
