I have lost all of my personal info like norton scan it will not open my net work which is jarvis network lost all personal on line banking credit card for discovery citi bank its like computer restared i dont even have my email adress cant fig out what happen my girlfriend ran a test back ups but she used wrong disk so it did not down load an now everything gone what can I do to get back
