I have severe threat and keep taking steps to remove but a few minutes it comes back

I have virus that I keep taking MSE action to remove.. it says computer cleaned it out but a few minutes it is red again and keeps coming back... it seems to do that as soon as I try to go into any of my programs..I went and changed defaults to quaranitne..
Also not sure what Beta? means but i think if it is the last stage of testing.. I am not sure
