A friend of mine has an acer 60 GB without any protection since 2006. He had a Norton 2006 but not installed. I installed it but we were told it would be functionnel for 90 days. I suggested to install instead MSE. Both antivirus applications were working. I just noticed that the updating for Norton 6 was frustrating. So I brought a copy of Norton 360 (I am allowed to install it on three laptops) to help clean the computer from the overload of viruses. On restarting the computer, there are no short cuts or any thing on the computer bureau. What can I do ? I have already unistalled Norton 360, but no change happened. urgent Help needed.
