I keep getting a blue screen when trying to install MSE.

When using blue screen view the bug check code is 0x000000d1. The following parameters were listed: 0xf6c0a198 0x00000002 0x00000000 0xf6c01e22. The drivers listed that caused the blue screen were either atapi.sys or ntoskrnl.exe. Stated crash address is ntoskrnl.exe+a892. I have windows xp professional sp3 and the processor is a 32-bit. Any help is greatly appreciated.
