i8042prt.sys driver was infected and deleted, now keyboard and touchpad do not work.

Microsoft security detecteced i8042prt.sys to be infected with a trojan (trojandropper:win/sirefef,B). Microsoft security recommened deleting infected file and restarting computer. I did and the keyboard and touchpad no longer worked. External mouse still works and I used the on-screen keyboard to type this message. Need help to fix this problem.
