I have Windows7 Ult with IE9 on my computer. I try to download a file and it either never seems to start or it stops downloading the files. I have tried the pause and resume on some of the smaller files but when I try to download a large file, over a gig, this takes hours if not days to get it done. I have deleted the temp files and did a disk clean up and still doesnt help. I had the issue when i upgraded my computer so I even tried starting over from scratcha dn it doesnt seem to have helped. this is gettign very annoying and dont remember ever having this much of an issue at any other time than when I had a virus but since my computer is new and nothing on the hard drive but windows at this point it can not be a virus. even though I have already doen several scans. everythign works on the computer except for the downloading files.
