IE9 installation fails with 0x57 on Windows Server 2008 SP2 (64 Bit)

OK, third post now, hopefully correct forum now :/

At my Hyper-V Virtual Machine System Windows Server 2008 SP 2 x64 I cannot install the Internet Explorer 9. It fails with the above mentioned error code.

But I cannot see any mistakes at the parameters.
