Hi all, on ie9 RTM I cannot drag and drop tabs between windows or to a new window.
This problem is affecting me on RTM ie9 but I have had a similar problem on the RC and betas as well. Basically, the tab drag and drop behaviour is like ie8, I can re-arrange tabs within a window, but I cannot drag a tab outside of the window or between windows.
I uninstalled any previews/betas prior to installing newer versions, and I have tried resetting ie9 settings with no luck. Any registry keys to check/try?
system is: win7 64bit ultimate, latest radeon drivers (aero etc).
