Statement of Principles and Purpose:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We believe that the immigration situation is out of hand.

We Further believe that all illegals should, must be and will be deported to

the country of their individual origin, in what ever manner may be easiest

and most productive to the goal of total deportation of this population.

We also strive to create a system in that immigration from legal sources

should be redirected towards that pre'64 immigration act changes in terms of

place of origin for future immigrants.

Further we strive to put in place a system of punishments that enforce the

above beliefs, on both illegals and Citizens alike, including all

corporations that may function with in the United States of America. But

that most especially puts in place a system where government is held

accountable to the Citizens, first and foremost to the exclusion of

non-citizens. And where moreover the Majority will have their will done

truthfully, and not in the distorted manner that the present corruptocracy

produces to our determents but in our names.

U.S. issues warning for travel to Mexico

Posted April 16, 2008 at 10:50 am ET by Kate Hamman, SmarterTravel.com Staff

Travel Warning (Photo: Molly Feltner)

Due to growing drug-related violence in Mexico, the U.S. State Department

has issued a travel alert for Americans visiting the border regions. Though

the attacks are focused primarily at drug-trafficking gangs, Mexican police,

and criminal justice officials, victims of homicide and kidnapping have

included foreign tourists and residents. Visitors should be aware of their

safety at all times, and avoid any areas with heavy drug dealing or

prostitution.

(Nothing to see, Nothing to see, just move along. Keep right on believing

that it is all safe.)

House passes immigration bill

Associated Press - April 16, 2008 7:24 PM ET

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - The House has approved a bill aimed at deterring

businesses from hiring illegal immigrants.

The bill, which heads to the Senate, would require businesses to check photo

identification for new workers. It also adds restrictions on the

construction industry's use of independent contractors.

Leaders initially vowed to pass a bill that holds business executives

responsible for hiring illegal workers. That proposal was not debated.

(Yeah here is a novel idea; checkig ids. That will surely deal with the

problem. This is a bandaid. Deport them all now, tomorrow is too late. And

you notice that the criminals that hire the criminals are still getting a

free pass. It is like one side of the isle is chanting,"O'Holy Cheap

Labor",and the other is chanting,"O'Holy Diversity!" Seems that we are left

getting the blunt of both of their misguided beliefs. So I say we should

chant," O'Holy Deportations!")

State senate OKs proposals on immigration

Listen to this article or download audio file.Click-2-Listen

Wednesday, April 16, 2008

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Senate has approved two immigration proposals sponsored

by state Sen. Gary Cates, R-West Chester Twp.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 16 and Senate Bill 260 seek to reduce the

strain illegal immigration has placed on local, state and federal resources,

while establishing the opportunity for a key partnership between the federal

government and local law enforcement to detain those who have violated

immigration laws, according to Cates' office.

(Isn't this rather like reinventing the wheel? We have police; they can

arrest those that break the law. Illegals are breaking the law. WHat is

the difficult part to figure out here?)

Prince William Has Illegal Immigration Crackdown Cost Overrun

(Woodbridge, VA) -- In Prince William County, that well publicized

crackdown on illegal aliens is toying with the budget.

The initiative to weed out illegals is costing well over half-a-million

dollars more than expected in the new budget year due to a crowded jail.

The "Washington Post" reports County Executive Craig Gerhart as telling

supervisors that the cost of the campaign is just under seven million for

the fiscal year beginning in July.

(The lesson that I get from this is: Don't keep them in jail, ship them out

as fast as you can process and sort them! Do not keep, do not put on trial,

do not deal with: JUST DEPORT THEM!!)

A MARCH AND RALLY IN SUPPORT OF OUR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION LAWS

Posted By: Carolyn Hileman - The Voice on April 16, 2008

<!-- sto_dom='1041thetruth.com' sto_user='Justice' document.write('Justice')

Rally intention: To show support for

- Existing and pending laws enforcing the attrition and deportation of

Illegal Immigrants

- The efforts of our brave Border Patrol/ Military men and women fighting

everyday on the border and elsewhere in world for our freedom!

- Putting up the Border Fence and security measures needed to stop the flow

of Illegal Immigrants into these United States

- Allowing our local law enforcement to call Immigration authorities

whenever an arrest takes place and suspect is an Illegal Immigrant

- Halting of divisive Ethnic Studies programs in our local schools

- Immigration and Customs Enforcement

- Now is the time for the legal United States citizen taxpayers, and other

legal residents of the U.S. to have their voices be heard!

If you have been listening to my show for any length time you know that our

city is faced with a serious Illegal Immigration problem. This issue is

deeply rooted into the fabric of our community. Too many members of local

government, school boards, elected officials etc..feel there is more to lose

by offending the Illegal Immigrants in our community than the legal

taxpayer. On May 1st when border rights groups like Derechos Humanos plan on

taking to the streets in a direct attempt to strip away the very sovereignty

of these United States you now have chance to let your voice be heard. This

opportunity is for all legal US citizens and legal residents/workers who are

tired of having your tax money wasted by the millions on Illegal Immigrants,

regardless of race, religion, or political background. There is another

voice that needs to be heard! Spread the word!

Senate approves Scarnati legislation denying public benefits to illegal

aliens

Illegal aliens who live in Pennsylvania will no longer be eligible for

public benefits, including Medicaid, welfare and in-state college tuition,

under legislation sponsored by Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati

that was approved last week by the Senate. Senate Bill 9 passed the Senate

April 9 with a bi-partisan vote of 39 to 10.

Senate Bill 9 would also ensure that the commonwealth's more than 100,000

illegal aliens face tighter scrutiny when applying for services.

"Pennsylvania needs to take the lead on the growing problem of illegal

immigrants and stop providing government benefits and services to those who

enter this country outside the law," Scarnati said. "Hardworking, taxpaying

Pennsylvania residents are having the burden of supporting those who are

entering our country illegally, and the problem is only getting worse every

year."

(Why is it again that this sort of common sense approach is so difficult for

the ivory tower crowd?)

Mexican restaurant owner, managers and employees picked up in sweep of

immigrant smuggling operation

By Michael Beebe

Updated: 04/16/08 1:40 PM

Immigration agents and local law enforcement in five states today arrested

the Depew owner of seven Mexican restaurants, 11 restaurant managers and 45

illegal aliens in a scheme that authorities said involved smuggling workers

from Mexico to work for low wages in the restaurants.

Simon Bandes, a Mexican who came to this country illegally and has passed

himself off as a Honduran, authorities said, was accused of being the

ringleader after his arrest at 6 a.m. at the Lancer Court Apartments in

Depew.

Bandes recruited workers in Mexico and paid $2,000 to smuggle them into this

country to work at his restaurants, said U.S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn and

Lev Kubiak, acting agent in charge of U.S. Immigration and Customs

Enforcement in Buffalo.

(Now instead of trying them. and keeping them in at great expense in club

fed, lets just SEND them home and seal the borders so to be sure that they

and the millions of others like them stay put in place.)
