Cookie - ATDMT and Mediaplex

I changed a setting on my AVG Free program. I'm now getting a window showing

I'm getting these cookies. I've probably always got these cookies but it just

logged it automatically. I will change it back so I don't get this window.

Is this a microsoft cookie? I get it when I first sign on to my MSN home

page. Also I get a Mediaplex cookie.

The last time I blocked some cookies(I don't think it was these), I was

locked out of my banking site and a few others and I don't want to do that

again.

Are these benign cookies? Do I want to block these?

My advice is - don't worry too much about cookies.
