Installing aftermarket handlebars

This is a very common thing done on the TRX bike that requires a mod to make work properly. Installing aftermarket handlebars.

First lets address the handlebars. Most everything is straight forward when installing your new bars but you will need to grind off the tang that is on the inside of you headlight switch housing. You can see in the pic below

I use a small dremel with a sanding wheel. be careful not to grind to much or it wont tighten nicely. If this happen usually a couple wraps on the bar with electrical tape will fix this problem.
