Okay, i just had a big fiasco with counter-strike. What happened was when we arrived at the server, we all got kicked, because there were people in there who were not supposed to be in there for the match. Understandable. Well, when we tried to reconnect the password was wrong. So we had to wait five minutes for the other team to tell us the password. We got in, and then our fifth player lagged out. So he reconnected. By the time he got back in it was 7:22. Our match was scheduled at 7:00. So we started pre-game and our team was owning them hardcore. And that was when they told us we lost.. CAL(Cyberathlete Ametuer League) has a rule that if both teams do not have five players fifteen minutes after the scheduled match start time, the team with less than five loses by forfeit. So, since we were twenty two minutes late, we had to forfeit. But this is so wrong, because they changed the password and took away some of our connection time. All we can do is dispute it with the league, but since we do not have any proof of what happened, we probably won't get the ruling. After the "match" we were in our channel for IRC, and the opposing team from earlier came in and started flaming us. So ya...

They have no integrity. And ya, integrity is an essential part of life. If you have no integrity, you basically aren't a morally good person. I'm just saying, if something goes wrong that wasn't blatantly done...let it go. Don't stick to the "rules" because you're afraid of what can happen. Just give leeway, especially if the disputed thing was partially your faut...

Ya this post doesn't really make sense, but I think it's a moral issue, so ya, i thought i'd share it with all my homies at the LPF.

I hate it when people cheat in order to win. Your mom is right, don't sink to their level, and then when you beat them in the next match, it'll feel much better. You'll have your revenge Good luck!
