Guest JD1598
We are in the process of deploying a transparent proxy solution and early testing has uncovered a potential headache for users. When visiting a site on the internet (Internet Zone) user receive the below warning.. the trusted site in this case is the url of the internal proxy. It appears that selecting Automatic logon with current user name and password in the Internet zone will suppress this warning. Common sense is telling me I should not be passing NTLM creds out to sites on the internet. Can somone provide suggestions on suppressing this warning and or comment on the risks of allowing Automatic logon with current user name and password in the Internet Zone? Much appreciated. -Jim Continue reading...
