Guest natashadp Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 I have purchased Microsoft Office 2010 professional Plus from my Campus Bookstore on 4/16/2011. Until recently it has been working just fine. The other night I noticed the documents on my desktop changed from having the microsoft word logo to an orange page looking icon with the upper right corner folded in and the upper left corner is rounded. When I click on any of these icons I get the Microsoft Office 2010 window with three choices. 1) I already purchased Office 2010 2)Go online to purchase Office 2010 3) Use Office Starter Since I have purchased this I tried to enter the product key (which has only been installed on one computer.) The notice I get after entering the product key is This is not a valid Office Product Key. Which doesn't make sense becuase I have been using this program for close to a year. The office suite programs still work if I select them from the start menu and look for my documents that way. I have tried to find a solution in the forums, and have gotten so far as to look to see how many versions are running on my computer. Which in my programs and features window from the control panel says there is a Microsoft Office 2010 and a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010. If it comes to deleting one which should it be? The two instalation disks I have say Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010. (which leads me to believe if I delete anything it will be Microsoft Office 2010) Before I go and do anything drastic I wanted to check for any other solutions that might fix the problem Continue reading...
