Iraqi Oil was not Americas Objective

One of those great ideological divides that seem to withstand all reasoned argument is the view that Americas determination to oust Saddam Hussein is born of the desire to gain control of Iraqi oil. This view is prevalent in Europe and is shared in other parts of the world. The implausibility of this view needs to be dispelled.

Our leaders are not only evil lying SOBs, they're also too incompetent to make even armed robbery pay. What else is knew? Just be glad we didn't get competent crooks in the White House, or they would have done something smart like invading the Caymans for the banks or auctioning off the Louisiana purchase.

:D LOL.... so true.

We will begin to fix it all in 2009... but the mess hole and crew has made will take many years to straighten out.

So just where is the motive for trying to gain access to the OIL, it is far cheaper to just buy it on the open market
Yes, if we had wanted oil we simply would have dropped sanctions against Saddam Hussein. The responses between your comments and mine are prime examples of ideological caused blindness.

Happy Memorial Day...

U.S. deaths near grim Memorial Day mark - 54 minutes ago

Americans have opened nearly 1,000 new graves to bury U.S. troops killed in Iraq since Memorial Day a year ago. The figure is telling

Washington, DC (Rotters) - The White House today announced the tentative schedule for its ongoing summer political theater productions. First up, starting in June will be a salute to Shakespeare, with the president starring in the White House's version of "Hamlet." The play will feature an update to contemporary times, and will also showcase a cameo appearance by embattled Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

In July, the president will again return in a starring role in the White House's version of Alan Bennett's, "The Madness of King George". This production will be the White House's most ambitious to date, and reportedly will include as extras three aircraft carrier task forces currently stationed off the coast of Iran. Critics are anticipating that this will be Mr. Bush's signature performance and are anticipating a real blockbuster. He may even show his *** in a mock flight jacket under another fake banner for all to see.

The White House political theater series will conclude in August, hopefully in concert with ongoing immigration legislation in Congress, as the president and his troupe take on the 1956 hit Broadway musical, "**** Yankees".

Show times may vary, and admission is mandatory for the American public with no refunds for canceled productions.

Quit posting the same **** over and over. Once is enough. Also quit double, triple, and quadruple posting. Everything will fit in one post. Be original. People get sick of the rant without the substance. Enjoy the box until you learn the rules, or at least until you quit getting on my nerves.
Oh Lord, another one who can't take the heat.

I post em as I write and/or copy them for all to see the FACTS that hole is a loser **** drunken murderer of troops.

If ya want me gone... just ban me... that is what happens when a few can't handle the truth...

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:rolleyes:

Hey idiot, I didn't say anything about what you posted, just the way you posted it. We have plenty of intelligent anti-Bush people here who don't get boxed. Do you really think your views are that revolutionary? If you want to "spread the truth" then try sticking to relevant threads and making reasonable arguments. Posting the same links over and over...My five year old could do that. Double posting is annoying, but double posting the exact same post, well that's just pointless. Of course, I could understand if you are computer illiterate, or even just a little slow...Are you slow?

Thank you very much. He won't debate anything. He can't debate. Spaming is all he knows.

Happy Memorial Day, folks! How many will hole murder today as he parties and gets drunk?

Whatever the "objective" now, we know it includes murdering more soldiers for the war HE started.

Hi ToriAllen.I live in the UK, and find it strange that in a country where your annual gun related deaths are at least twice those of your troops in Iraq. Yet the troops are paid to get themselves shot at, so why the outcry at the death rate, If it happened on a campus, with the shooter some young nutter with a gripe. The gun lobby would say it is just life, and nothing would come of any cries to licence guns.

Where is the consistency?

Their resident in the white house is killing the soldiers and innocents - has naught to do with gun laws. Has to do with lies that sent our troops to certain death. Their resident has a **** background and enjoys ****** murders.

daddybear. No it may not have anyting to do with your local gun laws but it has a lot to do with the attitude of the population towards violent death, or is it that if the deaths occure in the USA then you all just put it down to friendly fire!!!

Yes MR. It is ironic that there is an outcry over the gun related fatalities in Iraq even though the rate is very high in our own country. We do have gun licensing here... and waiting periods... and background checks. Doesn't matter though. There are always bargain basement gun stores out in the country that you can go to. Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti gun by any means. Personally, I like knives and swords better, but I own a gun as well. As for the kids shooting up schools, I blame the parents.
