LPA just got hacked severly. i lost about 70 post counts and other people have suffered more than me.

but is it possible for LPF to get hacked?

There was a time when LPF got hacked.

Hackers get ino the site and hack them.

Yes, quite dramatic. I myself lost some 400 posts and my account was also stolen (luckily ATLien got it back for me). We had to delete several threads, and if I understand everything that happened, alot of damage was done to the site. It was after that that LPF switched from php to VBulletin.

Thats really all I know about it.

Yes it is possible for LPF to be hacked... Just about any site can be hacked if anyone really cares enough to try. Its not something that happens too often though and Im assuming the switch to VBulletin made the site much more secure. So theres really no need to worry. :thumbsup:

As for the time we did get hacked, I cant really tell you much about that since that was during the short time that I left.
