Is NMS the next single?

I listen to Sirius Sattelite Radio all the time and for the last week or two I've been hearing it on Sirius Octane and Sirius Faction. I hear it at the least once or twice a day and sometimes alot more. Is there any news if it is the next single because I don't think they'd be playing it so much unless it was officially their next single.

they play them as unofficial singles or singles that dont get videos

if a song gets popular enough on the radio on its own, the band will...MAKE it a single lol.

 

it happened for Lying From You on Projekt Rev 04. the song blew up on its own with no promotion...fans kept requesting and requesting it and it was on radio all the time and went into the charts on its own so Warner was like woah, and they released the LIT video for it but it was still a single.

Or a What I've Done knock off with a shitload of Dubya and Iraq War Clips, interspersed with some clips of Hitler and the Holocaust.

^ with LP performing on some strange desert like set...and t change it up...it'll prolly be at night as opposed to during the day

As long as it is either NMS or Given Up I don't care, but really what 4 singles before a year is up one album? At that rate every song (aside from wake up) would be a single before next album lol

I got a small Idea of how I would want a vid for NMS to be:

 

"LP are in a giant warehouse like building with alot of military personnel oustside trying to get in, LP start playing the song as the military people try ramming the door in to the warehouse, then gun shot's go off to the drums on the intro, they get in as the rock bit starts up, chester sings the verse, the military guys getting ready to fire, chester starts the chorus and knocks out all the military people in the building, this thing repeats again during the second verse and chorus, then on the bridge, the building starts collapsing around them, and at the end, 6 military guys are left, take aim and fire at LP, but before a bullet could be showed hitting them, the screen goes black."

WAY too much like Shadow and FTI videos

I would say change the warehouse to the Capitol Building, and have the SWAT Team be US army, FBI and Secret Servicemen, but make them like, artistically vague. Meanwhile, have it intersperse with black and white clips of the band (wearing different clothes) doing the exact same thing, but in a different location, and instead of Army, FBI, and Secret Service, have them be the SS, the Brownshirts, and the SA. Kind of hint at, but not outright show the parallels between Hitler and Bush..

 

In that, have clips of like, KrystallNacht switch alarmingly abruptly to soldiers busting into Iraq homes... or have Nazi Concentration Camps cut to the mistreatment of Muslims in Guantanamo Bay. Hell, you could even switch between 9/11 clips and the Reichstag fire that Hitler staged. There are so many parallels, it's not even funny.

the whole thing could be a raid by the army and LP is in a big flatbed coming into DC arriving at the white house and they raid the white house and its all this huge anti-bush video
