Is there an updated version of Microsoft Security Essentials called 4.0.1526.0

I'm running Virus Defanation version 10127.1440.0, and Spyware Defanation 1.127.1440.0.  Someone told me there is one 4.0.1526.0, if there is how do I acces it and install it.  Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
