Is Ultimate included in my 7 Pro upgrade disk?

I have an upgrade disk for Win 7 Pro to Upgrade a Win Vista 64 bit Home Premium Laptop. Upgrade Advisor says my options are installing 7 Home Premium or Ultimate. Does my upgrade Pro disk include Ultimate or must I return my OPENED upgrade package to the store?I want Pro but would accept Ultimate. I see nothing on the box that suggests that I would not be able to install this package on any machine running Vista.Thanks, Dennis
