i tried searching the forum for julien-k and came up dry, so i figured i'd start a new topic. anyways, saw them at projekt rev, and they totally kicked ass! they have a cd coming out soon too!

for those of you who haven't heard of them. Julien-K was originally formed in 2003 by Orgy guitarists Ryan Shuck and Amir Derakh, to continue the experimentation of blending electronic music with rock music, AND to make electronic music rock live (not just have some guy at a computer). It started off as a side project, but soon developed into something much more. With the addition of Brandon Belsky (synth and backing vocals) and Elias Andra (drums) the live band was complete.
Julien-K is much more than a band. They're also a remix team, a DJ team, and with Chester Bennington from Linkin Park as lead vocals they become an entirely new band known as Dead by Sunrise.
