PRELUDE
It happened on August, 29 2005. Some of you know exactly what I’m talking about, but for those of who aren’t into recent history I’ll make it easy for you. I’m talking about hurricane Katrina. The people who witnessed it described it as the worst natural disaster in American history, a vision of **** come to life. Some even believe it should call for the President’s impeachment, even though he had no control over the situation, or that’s what the government tells you at least. Just think for a second... what if… what if this was in fact the President’s fault… what if this wasn’t a natural disaster… and what if this was really **** come to life. My name is Casey Andrews, I’m a reporter. I don’t expect you to believe my story, after all the government would never lie to you and mainstream media tells you everything you want to hear about anything, but I’m going to lay out what I saw and you can believe what you want. I know what happened before the events of “Katrina”, during, and the aftermath of the disaster.
I started to get suspicious before the hurricane was ever mentioned. With homicide being so common in the area it is so easy to over look anything strange going on. As unbelievable and even insane this is going to sound, as irrational and stupid it may seem… as of approximately 10:30 a.m. the city of New Orleans was infested with the undead. Zombies.

please read: For those who have suffered or know anybody who has suffered in the events of hurricane Katrina I am sorry, I do have sympathy for you and don't want to offend you. I have actually donated on a few different occasions to the victims of this event. Please don't take offense to the story. Obviously, this is a fictional story from the archives of my jacked up little head.

I want to write roughly 170 pages on this, it will be my second book.
My first book was so horrible I never let out to anybody besides my closest friends. It was another horror, but it had way to much comedy. Like a black guy calling out why white people always want to investigate instead of saying "**** it, doesn't matter, we just need to get away from it" and then after explaining "we're white, we have to know everything about everything" the black guy intern called them "crackers" and follows them... to be killed 5 pages later. No I'm not racist I just thought it would be funny. My closest friends are black and thought it would be too.
I am a huge zombie fan, have been since the original release of 'Resident Evil' for the playstation. I have made a short zombie film as a joke you can watch here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-DRxUx6J6o then I did a very short lived internet series called the 'Almost Hollywood Review' on a movie called 'The Zombi Holocaust' which can also be seen here
